Mykhailo Pyrtko

Education & Languages

Mykhailo Pyrtko studied at Lopatyn Secondary School and graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, earning:

  • Specialist Degree in Law (2013)
  • Master’s Degree in Finance (2015)

He continued postgraduate studies in the history of law, and in 2021 earned a PhD in Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2023, he obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering and Energy Security.

Career & Leadership Experience

Mykhailo Pyrtko began his professional path as a lawyer in Lviv and Kyiv, specializing in corporate and tax law. He later led legal departments, overseeing investment deals and safeguarding business interests.

From 2013 to 2018, he worked as CEO in multiple companies, where he was responsible for strategic planning, partner negotiations, and financial management. Between 2016 and 2019, he led a group of companies engaged in solar power plant construction, equipment supply, and legal support for energy projects.

Since 2021, he has served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of the venture fund Kharrikein, which invests in real estate and energy projects.


Energy Sector Activities

Since 2016, Mykhailo Pyrtko has been actively involved in renewable energy initiatives, including:

  • Organization and management of solar power plant construction in Ukraine
  • Development of energy-saving and energy storage projects

He is a member of:
